All Balazs platforms feature ultra-stiff frames made from heavy gauge steel to provide superior strength and vibration resistance. For the drum, we use 1¾-inch thick maple hardwood, chosen for its weight, durability and beauty. This combination creates a speed bag platform that is a true pleasure to use.
Two of our three models offer easy height adjustment. Both drum sizes, the 24 and 30-inch diameter, accommodate all speed bags. The 24-inch drum is lighter and, therefore, easier to adjust, however, more demanding users will appreciate the increased responsiveness of the heavier 30-inch drum. Each model includes a professional swivel. |
